Then sprinkle some water and stir again. The mixture will be coated on bhindi.
Steps to make Kukure Masala bhindi:
- Take a pan heat oil well, add panch phoran, add chopped onions saute well, add small diced bhindi, mix well.
- Add salt, coriander powder, turmeric powder mix well cook for 15 mins till it gets kurkure. Garnish with roasted cumin and red chilli powder.
- Serve with Chapatis, steam rice etc.
