Churros is one of the most favored of current trending meals in the world. It is appreciated by millions daily. It’s easy, it is fast, it tastes yummy. Churros is something which I have loved my entire life. They’re nice and they look wonderful.

Real churros in Spain are not light and fluffy; they're like this. My husband thought it was difficult to make. Did not have a pastry bag, so I used a ziploc bag instead to pipe into oil.. Using a wooden spoon, stir in flour.

The ingredients needed to make Churros:
  1. Get 1 cup milk
  2. Prepare 1 tbsp butter
  3. Get 1 cup flour
  4. Prepare 1 tbsp sugar
  5. Take Pinch salt
  6. Make ready 1 tsp vanilla flavour

Bring to a boil, then add vanilla. Turn off heat and add flour and salt. Remove from heat and stir in flour. Now comes the fun part: It's time to fry the churros!

Instructions to make Churros:
  1. Add milk, butter, sugar and salt to a large saucepan, bring to a boil over medium-high heat
  2. Add flour, reduce heat to medium low heat and cook and stir constantly with a rubber spatula until mixture comes together and is smooth(a few lumps in it are fine)
  3. Transfer mixture to a large mixing bowl, let cool 5 minutes. Add vanilla and egg to flour mixture, then blend immediately with an electric mixer. Blend until mixture comes together and is smooth
  4. Transfer into a piping bag fitted with a rounded star tip. Carefully pipe mixture into preheated oil, cut end with clean scissors. Let fry about 2 minutes per side until golden brown
  5. Transfer to a paper towel to dry briefly about 15 seconds (don't wait too long or they'll be dry and sugar won't stick as well). Then transfer to cinnamon sugar mixture and roll to coat.

Remove from heat and stir in flour. Now comes the fun part: It's time to fry the churros! Repeat until the pan is full but the bites still have room to fry. Cook the churros until they're golden brown on all sides. Churros can also be found at many Mexican bakeries and on the menus of some restaurants.
