  11. Prepare 1/2 cup finely grated carrots
  12. Get 1/2 cup finely chopped daniya(coriander leaves)
  13. Make ready 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  14. Make ready 1 tsp chat masala
  15. Prepare 1 cup fried mung phali(peanuts)
Instructions to make Mirchi Bajji:
  1. Take mirchi and make a fine cut in the middle. Take out all the seeds and pulp from it
  2. In a blender, blend jeera, tamarind and salt. Add little water while blending.
  3. Take a bowl and mix onions, carrots, dhaniya, salt, half a spoon of red chilli powder. Mix lemon juice while serving.
  4. Take a bowl and add besan, rice flour, ajwain salt, baking soda and half a spoon of red chilli powder. Adding water, make a fine batter. See that there are no lumps in the batter.It should be semi liquid. See that the batter should' stick to the mirchi.
  5. Take a spoon and stuff the jeera masala into the mirchi. Dip mirchi in the besan batter.
  6. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the mirchi till they become crispy(golden) in colour. Take it out.
  7. Make a slit in the mirchi and stuff onion masala and peanuts into it.Sprinkle chat masala on it and serve.
