Drain and keep aside. - - Heat olive oil in a pan, add garlic and sauté. Add the chopped onion and sauté them till translucent. Do not let the garlic brown. - - Now add the chopped mushrooms. Sauté the mushrooms till the shrink in size. - - Add the mixed herbs and salt. Mix well.
