  6. Add noodles to boiling water
  7. Mix bisquick, milk, cheese, butter and garlic powder together; place on cookie sheet and bake 25minutes at 350°F
  8. Noodles on dish, place meatballs on top then add cheese on top
  9. Add bread on side of dish and serve
