Now in the same bowl, add potatoes,carrots,corn,beans,green chilli,ginger garlic paste, chilli powder,salt, Biryani masala,curd,lemon juice, coriander leaves.   1. Wash the rice and rest it for 20 minutes.
  2. Take 4 cups of water to boil and also add 2 cloves, 2 cardamom, half bay leaf and cinnamon and then cover the lid till water starts boiling.
  3. Then add rice and stir it. And remove the excess water when the rice cooked 90%. And take your aside.
  4. Take a pan and add oil to it.
  5. In hot oil, add cumin seeds after that add small chopped onions in it and stir it continously till it starts light golden brown.
  6. After that add potato, cauliflower, french beans, carrot in it and stir it and then cover the lid in medium flame.
  7. When the veggies had cooked add tomato puree in it and stir it continously on medium flame.
  8. Then add Turmeric powder, salt and biryani masala and stir it very well.
  9. Turn off the flame and add curd in it and stir it.
  10. In a pan, take 1/4th of the gravy and then add half of the cooked rice and then half of the rest gravy and then cover with rest over cooked rice and at last add all the gravy.
  11. Cover the pan in very low flame for giving dum for 20 minutes.
  12. After 20 minutes and check the rice and serve it with your favourite raita and chutney.
