Yam porridge is the combination of fresh Puna yam and tomato sauce. Add yam, stockfish fillets, red palm oil and the rest of the stock cubes.

  1. In a pot heat some oil add in greated onions with red bell pepper stir and add wash ram meat
  2. Add in all the spices listed above fry for like 15 to 20 minutes then pour in water and cover the pot to boil
  3. When it boils add in peel yam (cut in to small piece's) and stir well cover till all cooked!

Stir the yam, cover the pot and then cook until the yam is soft and the porridge thickened. Stir the porridge yam and bring down the pot from heat.
