This mushroom & peas curry recipe has been adapted from jiggs kalra's book " Prashad - cooking with Indian masters ". In the book the dish is called as Bataani kaal kari, Where Bataani is the telugu word for peas. In tamil language this curry would be called Pattani kalan curry. Basically the mushroom curry is a korma curry.

Instructions to make Mushroom peas:
  1. Grind onion and tomato and ginger and make a paste and fry then and make gravy and add all spices and mix together after that add 2 spoons curd
  2. Will add Boiled peas after that cut mushrooms and wash them in warm water and add in gravy if anyone wants can fry mushroom separately and after that add them.

In tamil language this curry would be called Pattani kalan curry. Basically the mushroom curry is a korma curry. Add the sliced mushrooms and continue to saute until the mushrooms release some of their liquid and they start to lightly brown and become fragrant. Add the broth, peas,Tuscany seasoning, salt and pepper. Serve immediately or keep warm on very low heat until ready to serve.
