- Dry roast the peanuts on low flame.

- Add paenuts and salt to taste and chaat masala and mix well and let it cook for 2-3 mins on low flame. Remove in a plate. In the same kadai add 1 tsp oil and add fee curry leaves and fry and add it to peanuts.
- Chop onion, tomato, coriander, cucumber and keep aside.I have used a chopper to chop very finely.
- In a bowl add chopped onion, tomato, cucumber and then add masala peanuts.
- Add chopped coriander and lemon juice and mix well.
- Mix everything well and serve.. Ur chatpata peanut chaat is ready.
