- Take tomatoes cut into half and put into boiled water and boiled them 7-8 minutes turn off the flame and strain it now removed the tomatoes skin
- Put into tomatoes and red chilli in a blender and make a smooth paste
- Heat a pan add oil add ginger and garlic saute it add soya sauce stir it now add paste cook it for 2-3 minutes
- Momo chutney is ready.
