Turn on instant pot saute mode. When it is hot, add oil. Add urad dal, cumin seeds, hing and curry leaves. Wait until it turns light brown.

Steps to make Instant Peanut Chutney:
  1. Dry roast peanuts for 8-10 mins on low flame. Peel of it's skin.
  2. Dry roast whole red chillies and jeera also.
  3. Keep all the ingredients ready.
  4. In a grinder add all the ingredients along with little water and make a coarse paste. U can also make smooth paste. Remove in a bowl.
  5. In a pan take oil and add curry leaves, rai, urad dal and whole red chilli for tempering.
  6. Pour this on chutney.
  7. Chutney can be eaten with dosa, uttapam, chillas. U can adjust the quantity of chilli as per ur taste.

Add urad dal, cumin seeds, hing and curry leaves. Wait until it turns light brown. Add raw peanuts - fry until peanuts turns into light brown. Turn off saute mode - Let it cool down. Transfer it to the blender and add water.
