  1. Make ready 500 grams chopped Mangalore cucumber
  2. Take 1 Green tamarind/Imli lemon sized

  4. Take 1 teaspoon rai(mustard)

  6. Get 1/4 Teaspoon heeng(asefatoda)

  8. Prepare 1 medium sized cup of Dhaniya leaves(coriander leaves)
  9. Take 3-4 red chillies
  10. Take Half teaspoon jeera (cumin seeds)
  11. Get 1/4 tsp. methi(fenugreek seeds)

  4. Then add the seasoning and salt to the cucumber pieces and mix it well.
  5. It can be served with rice, roti, chapati and dosa.
  6. Here I have taken Mangalore cucumber which is yellow in color. If you don't get that, you can also prepare it with green cucumbers.
  7. Here I have taken green imli.(kaccha imli) If you don't get it, you can do it with imli which we use daily.
