  6. Add enough water n cover till your matoke is well cooked and the sauce is thick.

You get to eat them anyway or put them in other recipes such as banana bread! It is a win win with these ones. Once tomatoes soften, add the peanut and garlic mix. Add a little bit of water, stir, cover and simmer under low fire. Stir often to keep it from sticking at the bottom.
