- Wash and trim excess fat from Oxtail meat
- Cook in little water and low heat, adding water as required for 3 - 4 Hours or until soft to your taste. (a slow cooker pot does an amazing job too)
- Add chopped onion, all sauces and spices (you can add any other spices of your choice) and a little more water for everything to blend together
- If required, add pinch of salt and allow to simmer for another 20 minutes until meat almost fall of the bone!
- Add powered soup to thicken the stew a bit and simmer for 3 minutes.
