Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan and add the cumin seeds. Spread the cauliflower mixture over one paratha, then place another paratha on top and press to seal the edges together. Heat a heavy frying pan or tava over medium heat. Place a paratha in the pan for one minute, then add a teaspoon of butter or oil to the pan so that the paratha swells.

  1. Take 2 cup wheat flour
  2. Take 300 gm cauliflower
  3. Prepare 3-4 tbsp oil
  4. Make ready 1/2 tsp ginger paste

  6. Get 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  7. Take 1/2 tsp amchur powder
  8. Prepare 1/4 tsp garam massala

  11. Get 1 tsp coriander powder
  12. Take to taste Salt

Grated cauliflower with coriander and ajwain seeds along with handful of chopped coriander leaves, gives a wonderful flavour to the filling. Stuff the yummy gobi filling inside roti and make wonderful paratha. Method Add the grated cauliflower, cheese, ginger chilli paste, lemon juice, psyllium husk, salt in a bowl & knead it well into a soft dough. Now make thick balls of the dough & pat it into a Paratha or like a thick patty as shown in the video.

Instructions to make Cauliflower Paratha:
  1. Mix wheat flour,oil and salt in a large bowl. Add water as required in small incremental quantities and knead a smooth dough. Cover the dough with a plate rest it for 15 minutes.
  2. In the meantime prepare the stuffing. Take a bowl and grate cauliflower. Add ginger paste and mix well.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. When it crackle add asafoetida, turmeric powder and grated cauliflower mix it well.
  4. Now add red chilli powder, coriander powder,salt,garam massala and amchur powder mix well and cook on a medium flame for 3-4 minutes, while stirring occasionally. Keep aside.
  5. Now take medium sized ball from the dough. Dust with flour on the rolling board.
  6. With a rolling pin, roll like puri and place stuffing in the centre of it. Bring together all the sides in the centre and seal tightly.
  7. Now roll out like roti. Place it on a hot griddle and cook over medium flame. Spread ghee around its edge and cook it both sides approx 30-40 seconds.
  8. Transfer it to a plate and spread butter on it.

Method Add the grated cauliflower, cheese, ginger chilli paste, lemon juice, psyllium husk, salt in a bowl & knead it well into a soft dough. Now make thick balls of the dough & pat it into a Paratha or like a thick patty as shown in the video. Heat a non-stick pan, add the Cauliflower Paratha & let it cook well on both sides. Sprinkle some salt over grated cauliflower and cabbage. Add all other ingredients and mix well, except oil.
