  6. Prepare 2 tbsp oil or butter

In a small pot combine one cup of water, a chicken cube, dash soy sauce, a heaped teaspoon cornflour, salt and pepper, and bring to the boil while stirring. Pour omelette mixture into greased hot frypan, sprinkle over cabbage mixture, cover and cook over low heat till done. Fold over and serve on warm plates, pour over sauce. Heat a non-stick skillet on medium heat.

Steps to make Cabbage Omelette:
  1. with oil in pan lightly saute pounded garlic and shallot then add napa cabbage for 1 minute add seasoning.
  2. add beaten eggs and once egg almost set turn and let set for another 1 minute till lightly brown
  3. Cabbage omellete top passion fruit and serve with toasted wholemeal bread (optional open face breakfast )

Fold over and serve on warm plates, pour over sauce. Heat a non-stick skillet on medium heat. Add oil to skillet and heat, do not burn. Add cabbage to skillet and saute, stirring constantly until cooked and takes on a translucent appearance. Distinctive Red Cabbage Omelet is an egg omelet.
