- When it become soft, remove it from the flame and remove the water.
- Smash the Jalpai altogether and remove the seeds from inside.
- Heat the oil in a wok, add the dry red chilli, saute it for a while and then add the smashed Jalpai.
- Add the salt and the sugar and add 1/2 cup of water. Mix it very well.
- When you get the desired thick consistency, add the roasted masala and mix it well.
- Remove it from the flame, serve chilled.
