- Make ready 2 kg catfish (diced and clean)
- Make ready 3 cups shrimp

- Wash tomatoes, pepper, onions and blend add the crayfish as well and blend everything together
- Heat up pot, add palm oil once the pot is hot and dry. Add shrimp and fry for about 3mins and pour in blended paste and stir in Stock cube and salt
- Gently place the catfish into the pot and cover; don't stir so much so you don't scatter the fish and also monitor so it doesn't burn
- Once the paste is dried up and the fish is cook through remove fish from the pot into a plate add okra in the pot stir continously till for about 4mins
- If you wish add a little water stir in the fish and cover pot. Simmer for about 3mins
- Add ugu leaf stir gently and allow it cook for a min and turn of heat.
- Serve with Eba.
