  1. Wash and pat dry Okra, Slice it in half lengthwise. Remove all seeds and slice in half again length wise.
  2. Thinly slice onion and garlic.
  3. In a wide pan heat oil add the sliced okra and fry on medium heat till it's half cooked. Do not cover pan with lid. Add all the spices and mix well.
  4. Add slices garlic, Onion and mix well. Keep on low medium heat till Onion, Okra are completely cooked and all slimyness from Okra is gone.
  5. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and lemon juice. Serve with chapati/roti or hot rice and dal.
