- Prepare As per taste Salt
- Get 250 gms okra
- Get 1 pinch asafoetida

- Cut the okra into small circular pieces. In a pan add oil. Heat it up. Add asafoetida, cumin and turmeric. Add okra and mix it well. Cook it up for 5-7mints. After that add all the spices and stir fry it on high flame for 2 minutes to make it crispy.
- Wash the rice. Soak it in water. In a pan add water and salt. Allow it to boil. Then add soaked rice. Cook it up for 5mints on high flame and then cover it. And turn off the flame. After 5minutes strain the water. Enjoy the combo of okra and rice.
