  2. Prepare 50 gms coriander leaves

FOR Chutney- mix coriander leaves, mint leaves, cumin seeds, salt, onion chopped, salt to taste and green chillies and grind them to form a chutney, ginger piece and garlic cloves to make green chutney. Onion is missing in the picture but u should ask half onion to the chutney to give it a spice
  2. Take boneless chicken, mix, 2 teaspoon chutney, 2 tablespoons spoon curd, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 2 cloves crushed garlic, all dry masala(salt, oregano, basil, garam masala and red Chilli powder) as shown in the picture and some oil and mix it
  3. Keep the marinated chicken for 1-2 hours
  4. Now take a pan and add 1 teaspoon butter to it
  5. Once the butter melts add the marinated chicken and pan fry it till the time it cooks completely. Do not overcook otherwise it becomes hard. You can also cover it to let cook. It fast and make it juicy
