  2. Prepare 100 g Wheatflour

  1. Grind oats in a grinder jar, add wheat flour,salt,curd and water
  2. Make a batter and rest for 10 mins
  3. Now heat a pan apply oil and spread a spoon of batter,spread chopped vegetable on it
  4. Cover a lid and keep medium flame, cook for 2 mins,after 2 min open lid and flip another side
  5. Cook for another 2 mins,After 2 mins take it out from pan
  6. Serve with coconut chutney
  7. Note :- 1)Don't flip fast,once uttapam cooked for 2 min after that flip into another side,2)You can mix all veggies in batter before preparing

So here sooji is added to prevent that. Also the oats will make the uttapam dense. So addition of pinch of baking soda is MUST. For oats uttapam, you first need to whip up dosa -like batter with oats flour, sooji, baking soda and some spices. Then spread some of the batter on a pan and add vegetables to it.
