  4. Now its time to add veggies and nuts. Firstly add onions, garlic, beans and capsicum. Saute this for few minutes then add nuts and raisins. Again saute for few minutes.
  5. Now add carrots and stir very well.
  6. Allow the veggies to cook well. Once they are done add water. Bring the water to boil.
  7. Add oats into this and keep on stirring.
  8. Gradually the mixture will start getting thick. Stir and cook this for about 5 minutes and the oats are done.
  9. Serve it hot for breakfast, quick snack or even for a lite dinner.
