- Drain and rinse butterbeans and dry between two sheets of paper towel. Season with a pinch of salt.

- Add 2 tablespoons butter to a non stick frying pan and fry butterbeans until crispy and golden on both sides.
- Remove butterbeans and place on clean sheets of paper towel to drain excess oil.
