  1. Preheat oven to 180’C.

  10. Combine the tuna and fish.
  11. Mix the chilli, herbs, paprika, curry, salt, pepper and lemon juice in a small bowl.
  12. Drain the lentils and peas with cold water.
  13. Combine the fish, eggs, flour and herb mixture.
  14. Combine the fish mixture, lentils and peas.
  15. Divide mixture evenly among the muffin cups.
  16. Bake for 20 minutes.
  17. Let the fish-fins rest in the muffin pan for 5-10 minutes to set.
  18. Best served hot.
