- Take 1 inch piece ginger finely chopped
- Prepare 6-7 garlic cloves chopped fine
- Make ready 1/2 tspn pepper powder
- Take 1 packet Ching’s Chilly Paneer masala
- Get 1 tbspn green chilly sauce
- Prepare 1 tbspn red chilly sauce
- Prepare 1 tbspn soya sauce
- Get 2 tbspn tomato sauce
- Make ready 1 tspn Vinegar
- Make ready 1 tspn corn flour slurry
- Make ready 2 tbspn Oil
- Get to taste Salt
Steps to make Chilly Paneer !!:
- Take the paneer and cut into cubes. Put salt and black pepper powder and mix everything well.
- Then sprinkle maida & corn flour over the paneer cubes and toss it carefully. Keep the other ingredients ready.
- Then keep oil for heating and when hot add in the paneer cubes and fry them till nice and crisp golden brown colour from both the sides. Remove it on an absorbent paper. Turn off the heat.
- Now take another pan or Kadhai and put oil. When hot add in the chopped green chillies, ginger, garlic, onion and little spring onion greens.
- Then add in the sauces, vinegar, black pepper powder, salt and fry for a minute. Then add the chopped cubes of onion and capsicum. Fry on high heat. It should be crisp so do not over cook them.Add the corn flour slurry and cook for a minute till the sauce gets thick.
- Now add the Ching’s chilly paneer masala powder and the fried paneer and mix everything well so that the sauces are coated on the paneer. Check the seasoning and add if required.
- Lastly garnish with some spring onion greens. And serve immediately.
