  2. Cut the lime into quarters. Roughly cut the nectarine into small pieces. In a jar that you will refrigerate. Add your cut lime, nectarines and honey 🐝
  3. Pour the cooled down tea in the jar with the lime and nectarine. Refrigerate and enjoy cold.

Green Rooibos tea comes from the African bush Aspalathus linearis. I love to make iced tea using Rooibos/Redbush tea rather than black tea which I find quite bitter, but you can use whatever tea you prefer.
