- Add Besan, food colour and baking soda, then add some water and the mixture.
- Then wait for 10 mins.
- Heat the oil.
- In a Separate pan add water and sugar proper boil for few mins and off the gas our sugar syrup is ready. Mix a cardamom and some kesar as per choice.
- In hot oil fry the besan mixture, then fry boondi and mix in sugar syrup wait a 5-7mint seprate from the sugar syrup then let it rest for sometime, you can now serve delicious boondi.
