- Get 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Make ready 1 tsp red chilli sauce
- Get 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- Get 1 tbsp corn starch
- Take 1 tsp black pepper
- Prepare as/ taste Salt
- Prepare 1 tbsp Spring onions finely chopped
- Take as required Water
Instructions to make Chinese Dry Manchurian:
- First of all chop or grate all the desired vegetables and keep them aside because it's important to be ready with all the ingredients
- Now take a big mixing boil and add boiled potatoes and chopped vegetables one by one like carrot, capsicum, cauliflower, cabbage etc
- Now add ginger garlic paste, salt as / taste, red chilli powder and plain flour.
- Mix everything well to bind the Ingredients and make balls from it, you can use bread crumbs to make it more crispy
- Heat up the kadhai and put these balls into a medium flame until it becomes crispy and golden brown.
- Drain them to kitchen towel or strainer, they'll remain crispy
- Now heat up a pan by adding 2 tbsp oil, add chopped garlic and ginger and saute until for a min.
- Then add in some silted green chillies, onions, capsicum and saute till they tender, keep the flame on low heat.
- Now will add sauces like vinegar, soy sauce, chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, red chilli powder
- Now take a bowl and add 1 tbsp corn flour and water to make a smooth slurry and add it into the mixture to make thick(you can use plain flour if you don't have corn flour)
- Now add some salt and black pepper and let it boil and taste it before adding manchurian balls, adjust the spices and sauces according to your taste.
- Now add manchurian balls into it and gently mix them.
- Garnish it with some spring onions and serve hot with noodles or fried rice.
