  2. Once it foams up pour it into the dry ingredients and mix till combined. Grease a square oven tray and pre-heat the oven at 180°c. - Press the mixture into the tray and bake for 15 minutes or till light brown.
  3. Remove from the oven and cut into bars - Switch the oven off then place it back in the oven for about 10 minutes to dry out. - Allow to cool before removing from the tray. - Lay a sheet of wax paper down on work area.Melt the chocolate and dip each bar till coated.Let it dry on the wax paper then store in an air-tight container. - Makes 16/18bars
