- Clean your Mogodu until all sands are out and trim the fat. Chop and dice all your veggies - onion, tomato, green pepper, baby turnip, garlic, ginger. Because will be using a pressure cooker, put everything in my pot. No need for water when using pressure cooker, mogodu has excess water on it's own.
- Add your mogodu, veggies, hot curry powder, beef curry stock, cumin, paprika, salt and pepper to the pressure cooker. Set your stove on a medium setting and cook for 30-45 minutes. After cooking release steam from your pressure cooker and thicken your mogodu with gravy with powder soup. Enjoy
