Allow the water to boil, then add the pasta. Add the garlic, tomatoes, basil, oregano and the sausage slices. Pour the mixture over the cooked and drained pasta and toss to mix it all together. To serve sprinkle the penne pasta with the chopped fresh parsley, ground black pepper and Parmesan cheese.

Cook about another 10minutes till thickened add 1/2 your cheese to sauce. Chop your sausage and add to sauce.
