  8. Make ready 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder

  12. Prepare 3 tbsp Oil
  13. Take handful Coriander leaves

When onion starts to change the color add crushed ginger garlic and saute for a minute. Add garam masala, coriander, turmeric, and chili powder and stir again to mix. Once it is cook, let it cool down before transferring into the blender to make a paste. Once it turned into a paste, add a tablespoon of olive oil in the same pan before transferring the paste.

Instructions to make Prawns dry masala:
  1. Peel prawns, cut potato in a small cubed.
  2. Heat oil, add curry leaves, green chilli,onion & salt fry them till onion soft.
  3. Add tomato stir well. Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder stir, add some water mix well.
  4. Now add prawns & potato stir. Cover & cook fr 10 mnts in low flame.
  5. Add tarmarind cook for 5 mnts than add coriander leaves. Enjoy with rice & daal.

Once it is cook, let it cool down before transferring into the blender to make a paste. Once it turned into a paste, add a tablespoon of olive oil in the same pan before transferring the paste. Using the same frying pan as before, turn the heat on medium. Once it is hot, add the prawns and marinade and sauté until the prawns just begin to turn opaque. Add the prepared masala and boiling water.
