It is coarsely ground wheat crushed and cooked with ghee and sugar. Traditionally it is made by mashing up bajri or wheat flour baatis or rotis in ghee and jaggery.

The ingredients needed to make Churma:
  1. Get 2 cup wheat flour
  2. Get Water for kneading dough
  3. Take Ghee for making paratha
  4. Take 1/2 half ghee
  5. Make ready 1 n half cup powdered sugar (as per taste)
  6. Prepare Chopped almond and raisins

Grind them all to get a smooth powder mixture. Take a large bowl and transfer the churma in it. Meanwhile, melt the remaining ghee and pour it over churma. Churma, a traditional Rajasthani sweet typically served along with Dal-Bati, is prepared by grinding or crushing baked or deep fried Bati into fine powder using a grinder and then thoroughly mixing it with melted ghee, sugar and dry-fruits.

Steps to make Churma:
  1. Take wheat flour in a bowl and knead dough with the help of water.. keep it aside for 10 minutes..
  2. Take a portion from dough flatten it with the help of rolling pin..
  3. Heat tawa cook it from both sides by applying ghee..
  4. Once all paratha are made grind them in mixer grinder.. Don't make powder..
  5. Now mix ghee, powder sugar and chopped dry fruits and mix nicely.. Churma is ready to serve..

Meanwhile, melt the remaining ghee and pour it over churma.
