- Now add sugar mix and stir it continues till it starts leaving the Pan..
- Add melon seeds and grated coconut mix them and switch off the flame.. Yummy patato halwa is ready to serve..
Then, make them cool, peel and mash them. Put potatoes in it and fry them. Add milk, sugar, raisins and cashews in it. Your potato Halwa is ready, therefore, put off the fire. Making potato halwa in the stove top is a bit time consuming and requires more elbow grease when compared to making it in the microwave oven but it's totally worth the effort.
