- Prepare 3 1/2 cup bread flour

Steps to make Raisin milk bun:
- Mix dry yeast with warm milk. Leave it to foam for 10 minutes
- Mix all the ingredients. Hand knead the dough for 10 minutes
- Cover the kneaded dough in a bowl with cling wrap. Let it rise for 1 hour. Knead again
- Divide into small balls (for this bun dont have to be clean neat ball shape). Cover for 15 minutes. Bake for 20 minutes
If you are using fresh yeast, first dissolve it in some of the milk, before adding it to the other ingredients. Drain the raisins and set aside. Flatten the balls using a roller pin, spread some raisins on it and fold into thirds. Roll it like a Swiss roll and flatten again with the roller pin. Place the flatten Swiss rolls side by side in the loaf pan.
