  3. Now take sugar in a sauce pan with milk or water. Add saffron stands, food colour extract. Keep the pan on stove top on medium flame. Bring the sugar water to a boiling consistency.
  4. Now reduce the flame slowly add roasted rava in one hand, same time stir with another hand. Be careful with it mixture will splutters. Stir and mix very well. Break lumps. - - Cook rava mixture on the medium flame until rava cook completely. Rava should absorb all the water and the mixture starts to thickening. Once this started add ghee little by little and stir.
  5. I added 1/4 cup ghee, you can add more if you want. More ghee more taste!!!!!! - - Once finished with adding ghee add roasted cashews, raisin, cardamom powder and pinch of edible camphor.
  6. Finally add another tsp of ghee and switch off the flame.. - - Serve hot or warm.#mycookbook
