  1. Coarsely grind the nuts in a food processor. Set aside - In a pan add ghee, milk and jaggery and let the jaggery melt on medium heat. Keep stirring while its melting. Once it has melted add the ground nuts and ginger powder. Mix well and let it cook for 30 seconds. Turn off the gas and transfer in a greased tray. Let it cool for around 10 minutes. Cut in desired shape and let it cool for an hour or so before removing from the tray.
