- Deep fry them in medium heat until golden brown. Let them cool completely. - Once cool make small pieces and grind them in a grinder with the roasted nuts. Sieve it thru a sieve and grind any remaining chunks. Add cardamom and nutmeg powder and mix well. - Heat the ghee in a pan and add the grated jaggery and cook until all the jaggery is melted.
- Add the hot ghee and jaggery into churmu. Mix all with spatula. - You can use ladoo mould to make ladoo. Or take some churma mixture and give a round ball shape using hands. - Immediately spread poppy seeds so that they will stick to churma ladoo.
