The ingredients needed to make Rice Halva:
  1. Make ready Cooked white rice 1 cup - blend into paste
  2. Make ready 1/2 cup Sugar
  3. Prepare 1/4 cup Ghee
  4. Prepare 1 pinch Salt
  5. Get Few drops lemon juice
  6. Make ready Roasted cahew nuts
  7. Get Orange/yellow color few drops - food coloring (optional)

The left over rice can also be used to prepare this halva which is best served hot garnished with chopped nuts.
