  6. Get 4 tablespoon milk

  1. Dry roast the mung for about 3 minutes. Let it cool down. Grind to a sandy texture (similar to semolina). - In a pan add ghee and roast the mung flour on low heat until it releases nice aroma. This should take about 6 to 7 minutes.
  2. Add in the nuts and roast for further minute. Add 2 tablespoon of milk and mix. Repeat for the left over milk. Let it cook 30 seconds and turn off gas. - Transfer in a plate to cool. - Add the jaggery and roasted mung flour in a food processor and blitz until its incorporated.
  3. Remove in a plate and add cardamom powder. At this stage you can add more ghee if preferred. Make ladoo and enjoy.
