  3. In a pan take oil,panch phoran, add green chillies, onion and saute. Add tomatoes and saute till soft. Later add mustard paste and saute add potatoes, salt, water and cook covered for 3-4 mins.
  4. Add masala and mix well.
  5. Add mushrooms and water as required cover and cook for another 2 mins and serve.
  6. Ready to serve with roti
