  3. Once little messy add the spices chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander jeera powder, garam masala,salt,sugar,lemon juice, boiled peas and potatoes,add water and cook for approx 10 mins
  4. For Patti's mess the potatoes add salt,chilli ginger paste and mix well. Shape it and coat it with cornflour and saute in a pan

Garlic chutney(Blend 8-10 garlic cloves,salt,chilli powder, coriander jeera powder and 1/2 tsp jeera) Green Chutney (In a blender half cup coriander leaves,3-4.medium spicy,Chilli,1tsp groundnut, 1tsp jerra,Salt,2tbsp lemon juice,1tsp sugar or as per taste) Dates chutney (blend 8-10 Dates,1tsp Imli,salt,Jaggery,water and 1tsp chilli powder,1tsp jeera coriander powder)
  6. For Serving- Take Pattice is a bowl add Ragda, drizzle green Chutney, Red Chutney,khatti metthi chutney,Chopped onion,Sev and coriander and serve hot😋
