- Fry onion and sausages in a pan until browned. Add chopped tomatoes and cup of water. Cook for 15 or so mins. Add salt and pepper to taste
- Add drained beans and stir. Fry pancetta until crispy, drain on kitchen paper. Drain and mash potatoes with a knob of butter
- Make a hole in the middle of the mash, add sauce then sprinkle pancetta all around :)
