  9. Divide the parantha dough into 3pieces. Roll a small thick roti and place the filling inside.
  10. TIP: While rolling, make sure you don't roll much in the centre. Keep the centre part thick and roll at the ends.
  11. Put the filling over the roti and close it.
  12. Roll the parantha carefully with light hands.
  13. Put the parantha on the heated tawa and half Cook on both sides.
  14. Add ghee/oil and cook the parantha till it turns golden brown.
  15. Garnish it with Butter and coriander leaves. Serve Hot with Curd and Pickle.
