- آٹے میں نمک اور گھی ملا کر پانی سے آٹا گوندھ لیں میڈیم سوفٹ اور اس آٹے کو ڈھک کر آدھا گھنٹہ رکھ دیں ۔
- آلو کے کباب یا تو توڑ کر ملا لیں سارے پھر اسمیں سے اپنی مرضی سے آمیزہ لے کر بھر دیں یا پھر ایک کباب ایک پراٹھے میں بھردیں ۔
- پراٹھا بنانے کے دو طریقے ہوسکتے ہیں ایک تو بڑا پیڑا بنا کر اسمیں فلنگ بھر کر سیل کرکے پراٹھا بیل لیں یا دو چھوٹے پیڑے بنا کر بیل کر ایک پر فلنگ رکھیں دوسرے سے ڈھک کر سیل کرکے بیل کر پراٹھا بنا لیں میں نے دوسرا طریقہ استعمال کیا ہے ۔
- اب پراٹھا اچھی طرح سیل کرکے گرم توے پر ڈالیں اور ہلکا ہلکا گھی یا آئل لگا کر اسے سینکتے جائیں درمیانی آنچ پر
