- Again heat the tdka pan with remaining ghee add red chilli powder again pour tdka cooked dal
- Now it is ready for serving you can enjoy it rice or chapati
Taste and add more tamari and lime if needed. Leave for another five minutes before serving. In a medium sauce pot heat olive oil and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and curry leaves. When mustard seeds start popping add chopped onion and green chilies. Place the split peas, onion, tomatoes, ginger, ground cumin, turmeric, crushed garlic, curry leaves and stock into a slow cooker.
