My hubby wasn't a fan of paneer but now he love the paneer in creamy rich gravies…I don't want to use fresh cream in daily. Heat the oil in a frying pan over high heat until it's shimmering hot. - Then flip all bites, add few drops of oil, cover and let it cook from other side.
- Serve hot with chutney and ketchup.

Fry until it starts to brown at the edges, then turn it over and brown on each side - the paneer will brown faster than you think, so don't walk away.
