First of all peel and chop the red onion and garlic clove. Pour the vegetable oil in a large saucepan and place it over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the chopped onion and garlic. The great thing about peas is that they retain most of their fresh taste even when frozen.

- Put 4-5 drops of cooking Oil on a non stick griddle and put cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter add one ladle full of batter and spread with the help of ladle in round shape. Cook for 3 minutes.
- Sprinkle 4-5 drops oil on chila. Flip the side and roast from other side also till golden brown. Flip again.
- Serve hot with Tomato ketchup.
