First of all peel and chop the red onion and garlic clove. Pour the vegetable oil in a large saucepan and place it over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the chopped onion and garlic. The great thing about peas is that they retain most of their fresh taste even when frozen.

  6. Sprinkle 4-5 drops oil on chila. Flip the side and roast from other side also till golden brown. Flip again.
  7. Serve hot with Tomato ketchup.
