- Cut cabbage into 4 quarters and soak it in warm salted water for about 10 minutes. Then rinse the cabbage and grate it finely.
- Add all the ingredients and mix well.
- Knead everything well using little water or as needed.
- Knead to a soft dough and set it aside for 10minutes. After 10 minutes make dough balls.
- Roll to an evenly round shaped paratha. Sprinkle flour as needed.
- Heat a tawa on a medium flame. Place the cabbage paratha on the hot tawa. Apply oil and toast. When you see bubbles coming up on the paratha, flip to the otherside.
- Toast it on both the sides until well cooked and brown spots begins to appear.
- Serve cabbage paratha with yogurt, pickle or chutney.
